To use a document issued, certified or verified by Czech authorities in this country, a superlegalization of such a document is required.

Since the document falls within the regime of Section 5 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1191 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 July 2016 on promoting the free movement of citizens by simplifying the requirements for presenting certain public documents in the European Union and amending Regulation (EU) No 1024/2012, no further attestation is required for use of the original of the document (not a certified copy) in this country.
To use a document issued, certified or verified by Czech authorities in this country, a 1961 Hague Apostille must be attached to such document by a respective Czech authority.
