Superlegalization involves verification of a particular document by multiple state authorities.

At minimum, the document must be verified by (i) the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or the Ministry of Justice in case of documents issued by Czech courts) and by (ii) a diplomatic or consular office of the state in whose territory the document is intended to be used.

However, depending on the type of the particular document and requirements of the country of intended use of such document, a superlegalization procedure can involve a verification by further state authorities (three and more authorities).

If superlegalization involves verification by only two authorities: CZK 3,900

If superlegalization involves verification by three and more authorities: CZK 1,000 per 3rd and every further state authority.
