Superlegalization
In the Czech Republic the superlegalization is performed by one of the central state authorities. This is followed by a further signature attestation and official stamp by the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs and finally verification by the diplomatic or consular office of the state in whose territory the document is intended to be used.*
Price: from CZK 3,900 (approx. EUR 150), see detailed price list
Time estimate: 7 – 25 working days**
Some foreign diplomatic or consular offices also require that the Czech document is translated by a certified or court translator into a certain language – we will let you know about this requirement in our fee quote. Prices for translation start from CZK 500 (approx. EUR 20) per standardised page.
*Please note that this procedure can in total consist of attestation by more than three authorities depending on the particular document and requirements of the country of intended use of the document.
**We are usually able to dispatch Superligalized documents back to you in 7 to 25 working days upon their receipt by us from you, however, please note that certain authorities may have longer statutory deadlines, which cannot be expedited.
